Built the aggregation layer between BPme mobile apps and BP's internal service ecosystem, replacing separate per-market backends with one codebase serving Poland, the UK and Spain. Owned latency on critical paths including geolocation search and vehicle data lookup.

Developed microservices delivering regulatory reporting to European gambling authorities, with correctness and auditability as hard requirements.

Conducted R&D on complex event processing and change data capture for industrial automation, prototyping pipelines and taking the ones that held up through to working implementations. Worked without a fixed specification, with architecture as a deliverable.
