Robert Rosen

I am a Senior QA Engineer with over 17 years of software quality assurance experience, including more than five years focused on test automation. I have a consistent record of improving product quality in Agile DevOps teams and mentoring junior engineers.

I have led Scrum ceremonies as a Scrum Master, created comprehensive test plans with Azure DevOps and qTest, and authored and maintained 400+ automated TestComplete tests across multiple web applications. I also perform manual cross-browser testing and SQL validation to ensure robust end-to-end coverage.

I collaborate closely with developers, product owners and stakeholders to manage branching strategies, deployments, and defect triage, and I conduct demos and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement. I have hands-on experience with accessibility testing (WCAG, JAWS) and overseeing release quality through automated deployment verification.

I hold a B.S. in Information Systems from Drexel University and bring strong communication, facilitation and leadership skills to help teams deliver reliable, user-focused software.
