At ISeeChange, I redesigned Cities and Utilities dashboards for climate-resilience insights, improved onboarding and user flows, and built a full design system across apps, dashboards, and the web. My website and brand strategy overhaul increased lead generation by 20%, while usability work was tested by officials in Miami, New Orleans, and Miami-Dade.

Previously at Hostelworld, I launched social features including Chats and Solo System, helping the app channel grow from 40% to 60% of bookings and increasing bookings by 50% year over year in 2023. I’ve also led 0-to-1 product design for a fintech budgeting platform at Zuper and redesigned the World Food Programme’s internal platform, with a sustained focus on sustainable and tech-driven products.
