At IPTSAT S.r.l., I work across functional analysis, technical design, development, and the ongoing evolution of information systems for public administration and territorial management.
For Parco Nazionale d’Abruzzo, Lazio e Molise, I worked on an integrated management system that brought together processes previously handled by separate applications and manual procedures. My work included analyzing existing systems, designing the MySQL data model, developing application components, and maintaining the platform.
For Roma Capitale’s SISTO, I coordinated analysis, system evolution, and migration from a legacy GWT/GWC and Oracle platform toward a solution based on React, Java, and PostgreSQL. I translated requirements into guidance for the development team and checked implementations against functional specifications.
Earlier, as a freelance ICT consultant, analyst, and developer, I worked on e-learning platforms, institutional portals, and administrative workflows, and participated in more than 20 European-funded projects. Across my work, I’ve combined hands-on web development and relational and geographic databases with GIS/WebGIS integration.
