At Staff Asia, I developed or supported approximately 1,500–2,000+ courses, including interactive Storyline experiences, for portfolios distributed through approximately 20–25 UK eLearning marketplace brands. I created reusable Storyline and Rise architectures, templates, and production standards to support consistent delivery.
I coordinated a 15–20-person cross-functional project across two shifts, working with Synthesia, ElevenLabs, and HeyGen on AI-assisted workflows. I also trained, mentored, or onboarded approximately 30–35 contributors across broader operations.
For StudyHub UK, I designed UI/UX informed by competitor review and user-centered structure. I’m also building OsynJobs, an AI-assisted job-search product in active testing, and have developed prototypes across learning, client discovery, and social-media automation.
