At Tata Advanced Systems, I manage configuration for the H125 Final Assembly Line across design, engineering, manufacturing, and quality. I maintain configuration baselines for assemblies, structures, BOMs, drawings, and technical documentation.
I direct ECR/ECN and deviation processes, assess impacts, and support traceable implementation. I also lead configuration audits and build verifications to align with conformity and customer requirements.
At SKYROOT AEROSPACE PVT LTD., I contributed to mechanical design and configuration management for the Vikram-1 launch vehicle and non-launch structures. I created and released CAD models, drawings, GD&T specifications, and BOMs for metallic and composite components.
At ROLON SEALS, I worked on OEM seal standardization and design, updating part designs for seal applications. I also communicated with marketing engineers and OEM clients about pump and mechanical seal specifications.
