I'm interested in Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and AI Engineering roles.

For a customer churn prediction project, I built a machine learning model using Python and Scikit-learn. I used data preprocessing, exploratory data analysis, and feature analysis to identify churn patterns.

I implemented Logistic Regression and Random Forest, then used GridSearchCV for model optimization. I evaluated performance with accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score.

During a British Airways job simulation, I analyzed operational data and customer feedback to identify patterns and factors affecting customer experience. I also worked with predictive modeling for operational issues such as delays and cancellations.
