What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an Associate Buyer role where I can support purchasing decisions with procurement management, supplier coordination, and market analysis—joining a dynamic team to optimize product assortment and drive cost-effective buying and profitability.

I’m an Associate Buyer who leverages procurement management, supplier relations, and market analysis to support purchasing decisions that drive cost-effective buying. I’m detail-oriented and motivated to help teams improve product assortment and profitability.

Since 2024, I’ve worked as an Associate Buyer with Purok 14 Sinunuc, Zamboanga City Business Office / Amentum Business Support Services Inc. I procure local and online materials and outsource materials to support company needs and US Military requirements, while coordinating reporting, documentation, and logistics support for project materials and manpower.

I manage key purchasing workflows by using company systems to process PR and PO, and I support operational readiness by coordinating process-based access clearance for the manpower and delivery team. I also contribute to delivery support by working with logistics and the delivery team to keep based supply on track.

Earlier roles strengthened my ability to execute under mission timelines. As a MAXIMO Parts Runner/Buyer (2017–2019) and in technical/business office support work, I continued procurement and coordination tasks, and my transportation and dispatch experience (including driver assignment and vehicle checklist documentation) helped me stay organized, communicate clearly, and follow procedures.
