At Exotec, I oversee software quality across the full lifecycle of business-critical robotic systems deployed in live customer environments worldwide. I embed quality practices across infrastructure, embedded, and cloud engineering squads while driving compliance readiness through quality gates and risk mitigation.

Previously at Alstom, I led software quality from tender through project delivery in a regulated rail environment, built performance systems for the TCMS department, and managed supplier compliance. I also supervised consultants, supported certification readiness, and provided KPI-based progress reporting to stakeholders.

My experience spans Bombardier, Stellantis, Renault, Hitachi Rail, Sopra Steria, and Eolane, covering software assurance, safety, testing, ECU certification, non-conformity management, and measurement processes. I work across rail, automotive, and industrial technology environments where quality, safety, and traceability matter.

I use practical quality methods including CAPA, root cause analysis, FMEA, 8D, PDCA, DMAIC, and supplier audits to help multidisciplinary teams improve delivery performance. I enjoy building quality cultures that balance engineering rigor with the pace of Agile and DevOps delivery.
