What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build production web applications and data-driven dashboards where I can translate stakeholder needs into reliable, responsive interfaces while deepening my full-stack software engineering skills.

I'm building and maintaining production civic technology for Kiambu County Government, including the ITR field data-capture platform, municipal analytics dashboards, and the Parking Bays Monitoring system.

I translate requirements from Municipal Managers and field officers into responsive React and JavaScript interfaces, handling REST APIs, GPS and photo capture, reporting, deployment, and production support. I've also processed and visualized approximately 2.1 million municipal revenue records through BigQuery and Looker Studio dashboards for executive decision-making.
