Proven expertise managing complete accounting cycles using QuickBooks Online, Xero, Microsoft Excel and other cloud-based accounting systems. Experienced supporting non-profit organizations and private businesses while maintaining accurate financial records, strengthening internal controls and producing timely financial statements.

In my recent roles, I’ve owned monthly Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations, produced Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports, and completed month-end close while maintaining fixed asset registers. I also process payroll and manage inventory, AP/AR, with a strong focus on clear documentation, confidentiality, integrity, and remote collaboration.

I’ve supported non-profit organizations and private businesses, including donor-funded accounting and coordination of external audits. At ASASE Foundation, I strengthened internal controls and reduced month-end close from 15 days to 7 days consistently over 2 years, while producing Monthly and Annual Financial Statements in QuickBooks Online. I’m currently completing advanced U.S. Bookkeeping, Payroll and Taxation training.
