At Enpal, I redesigned and rolled out an end-to-end loan transfer process handling approximately €2M in monthly volume. The change cut capital lock-up by approximately 25% and raised monthly cash inflow by approximately €1M.
I also automated process control and legal ticket workflows, reducing agent processing time by approximately 20%. I supported the set-up of a customer care operation in Cairo and built its KPI reporting and dashboards.
At Volkswagen AG, I independently remodeled the staffing ramp-up plan and identified approximately €15M in personnel cost savings. I also built monthly investment reports and forecasts for a budget portfolio exceeding €70M per year.
At PowerCo, I supported management-side negotiations with the works council. I’m currently pursuing a Master of Science in Management at University of Mannheim – Business School and serve as Treasurer of RCDA – Christian Democratic Academic Alumni Association.
