I'm designing composite rotor blades and special aerospace products at DAHER, leading work from design reviews and structural assessment through tooling, testing, and customer documentation.

Previously, I supported CFRP repair engineering, reverse engineering, ultrasonic testing, and repair-workflow digitalisation at DAHER, and industrialised a consumer lighting system at Haier using CAD, DFM/DFA, GD&T, FMEA, and tolerance analysis.

Led full design lifecycle of composite rotor blades and special products, including structural integrity assessment, manufacturability, tooling design, testing, and technical documentation. Engineered RTM mould tooling and executed RTM/VARTM cycles with dimensional validation via 3D scanning.
