At Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG), I handle budget control and expenditure tracking for approximately 8–10 research groups. I review cost allocations, reconcile them with accounting, and prepare financial reports for national and international funding bodies.
At Vall d’Hebron Research Institute (VHIR), I managed the finances of approximately 25 international projects, including budgets, spending forecasts, and financial monitoring. I also prepared audit documentation and supporting evidence, and managed budget amendments.
At IDIBAPS, I managed two EU-funded projects: H2020 FET Open ULISES and INTERREG/POCTEFA. My work included cost analysis, reporting deadlines, and partner coordination.
Earlier, I worked in brand planning and product strategy at Ferring Pharmaceuticals, and as a Product Manager at Mango, where I analysed sales, stock, and traffic data using SAP and contributed to seasonal budgets and purchasing plans. I use SAP and advanced Excel for financial and reporting work.
