I also conduct market and comparable analysis and support due diligence and transactions through closing, assessing commercial, technical and financial considerations.
At SERVDEBT CAPITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT, I managed NPL investment portfolios and analysed pricing, business plans, cash flows and resolution strategies. I also developed SQL-based analysis and process automation for recurring investment and portfolio management work.
At BANCO BPI, I assessed credit risk and financial performance for large economic groups, developed financial models and forecasts, and analysed financial statements and cash flows. In a selected investment project, I built and implemented a model for multi-unit residential acquisitions, using Claude to help structure and automate it and validate its outputs.
