At KAG LOGISTICS, I coordinated daily transportation and dispatch operations for ChemTreat plants in Ashland, Virginia and Eldridge, Iowa. I scheduled and prioritized customer orders, chemical shipments, and deliveries to support on-time service.
I worked with ChemTreat personnel, KAG drivers, shippers, tank wash facilities, and maintenance facilities to resolve service issues. Using TMW Dispatch, I assigned drivers, planned routes, and tracked chemical trailers and shipment progress.
At J.B. HUNT TRANSPORT SERVICES, I managed daily fleet operations, including driver assignments, load planning, routing, and freight tracking. I also tracked driver safety and performance using Lytx drivecam and GeoTab, and coordinated training, maintenance, payroll administration, and accident reviews.
At FREE RUN WINE MERCHANTS, I prepared customer invoices using Quickbooks, managed inventory, and fulfilled orders. I also delivered products and assisted with receiving and warehouse organization.
