At STRADOT, I joined the project at inception and built the first robot end to end, then deployed its ROS 2 software across 8 robots at 4 customer sites in France. Each robot autonomously moved 60–90 vehicles per day in all weather.
I designed the modular ROS 2 architecture and owned the six-lidar perception pipeline. I also co-developed sensor fusion combining RTK GPS, IMU, wheel odometry and lidar sources to estimate pose to 1–2 cm.
I built the Gazebo simulation used to validate every deployment, along with the mission framework and safety monitoring. I worked directly with customers on deployment requirements and field debugging, and mentored junior engineers while reviewing C++ and Python code.
Outside that work, I authored an open-source Livox lidar simulation plugin for ROS 2, which has more than 230 GitHub stars. I also designed circuit boards and STM32 firmware for laboratory instruments and solar trackers earlier in my career.
