At UnifyXperts, I led ERPNext implementations for six US-based clients across Accounting, CRM, Stock and Manufacturing, from discovery through go-live.
I led client discovery calls, mapped current and future processes, and wrote requirements and scope documents to guide the development team. I also configured Accounting to match clients’ finance processes and reporting needs.
I migrated accounting from QuickBooks and Tally to ERPNext by mapping ledgers, reconciling balances, and posting journal entries. I also reconciled bank accounts, payments, and stock balances before and after go-live.
At the 'Invictus' Academic Fest, I prepared budgets across three annual editions and reported final accounts. I also studied social media’s influence on retail investment decisions and short-term market volatility in a research paper.
