I translate NIST SP 800-53 and CJIS controls into repeatable procedures and supporting evidence. I also create policies, SOPs, control narratives, and audit documentation.
At Spectrum Brands, I performed IAM provisioning and deprovisioning across Active Directory, Azure, SAP, Okta, and other systems. I also checked offboarded accounts to confirm access had been removed from critical systems.
At SC Johnson, I supported ServiceNow ticket operations, IAM processes, and RBAC risk analysis. I also created reports from Splunk data and maintained knowledge base and procedure documentation.
