At BMW Rosslyn, I lead quality for steel outer-body panel supply on the G01 (X3) and G45 platforms, running supplier defect-elimination reviews, VDA 6.3 requalification audits, and launch-readiness work. I've also built IATF 16949 quality systems from the ground up at Springmaster and led customer complaint close-out through 8D/G8D processes.
Across BMW, Smiths Manufacturing, Feltex Fehrer Automotive, Sappi Saiccor, and Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, I've spent 25+ years improving supplier performance, resolving systemic non-conformances, and strengthening integrated SHEQ and quality management systems.
