At Abbarci Industries Ltd, I prepare, analyze, and maintain samples while following established quality-control procedures. I assess coffee export samples through cupping and keep accurate records of samples delivered to the laboratory.
As a volunteer at Uganda Coffee Development Authority (UCDA), I graded and analyzed FAQ samples and commodity exports, evaluated coffee quality, and documented export coffees. I also collected farmer concerns using questionnaires and interview guides during my Farmer Community Attachment at Gulu University, Faculty of Agriculture & Environment.
