At Modular Construction Contracting, I prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for tender submissions, and manage variation orders and pricing documentation. I use AutoCAD and Revit to review drawings and extract quantities.
At National Engineering & Contracting Company (NECC), I prepared take-offs and cost estimates for an infrastructure project comprising 1,032 residential units for the Jordan Armed Forces. I also prepared BOQs and monthly payment certificates and managed variation order documentation.
I provide freelance training and courses while pursuing a Master’s Degree in Project Management at The University of Jordan. My thesis explores enhancing concrete cost estimation in tendering through the integration of BIM and Artificial Intelligence.
