I facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate requirements into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and technical solutions alongside development and QA teams. I've coordinated UAT, defect management, release readiness, production deployments, SQL-based validation, reporting, API requirements, and integration activities.
