At Cornell University, I plan and deliver executive education programs for nonprofit and for-profit organizations, both in person and virtually. I manage program operations and budgets while coordinating faculty, clients, vendors, and participants.
I also manage virtual program logistics using Zoom and Canvas, and coordinate in-person venues, hotels, catering, transportation, and special events. I design evaluation frameworks and collect program data to support performance analysis and improvement.
As an Independent Event Manager and Consultant, I coordinate wedding and fundraiser event logistics, negotiate with suppliers, and develop run-of-show schedules. Earlier, at Wilston Promotions, I recruited and managed promotional teams for campaigns for national brands.
