I'm eager to contribute my analytical skills to a dynamic organization.

At Teleperformance, I manage customer and transaction-related data, recording, verifying, updating, and retrieving information while maintaining accuracy and following data privacy and quality standards.

I review customer and service information to identify issues and resolve data or process discrepancies. I also monitor productivity and service quality through process reports and performance metrics.

For my hand gesture-based system control project, I developed a real-time recognition system using Python, MediaPipe, and OpenCV. It detected 21 hand landmarks to interpret cursor movement, clicks, and scrolling.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Data Science from Islamiah College (Autonomous), Vaniyambadi, Thiruvalluvar University. My analytics toolkit includes SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and Python libraries for data analysis and visualization.
