At Tata Consultancy Services Ltd., I developed Power BI reports and dashboards for Digicel, aligned them with client needs, and addressed questions about data modeling, DAX, and performance. I also facilitated data source integration and ETL pipeline preparation.
For Croma, I analyzed energy use across 300+ stores and helped develop electricity consumption measures with Facility Managers. Earlier, on the CITI Bank client work, I optimized COBOL programs, JCL, and DB2 queries to reduce batch processing time and I/O operations.
