I verify eligibility details, create Alpha work orders, update carrier portals, and maintain standardized documentation and follow-up timelines to meet client SLAs. My work emphasizes accurate, HIPAA-compliant processing from source forms through carrier confirmation.

Previously at WNS Global Services, I processed CMS-1500 and UB-04 claims using Med-Flow Adjuster for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers. I validated ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding; verified coverage and coordination of benefits; and corrected claim errors for timely resubmission.

Beyond operations, I've volunteered with WNS Cares Foundation to coach Class 8 students for the NMMS scholarship examination, contributing to successful student outcomes.
