What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build reusable AI and API integration solutions, work across cloud platforms, and continue growing in AI, automation, and modern application development.

At HCL Software, I develop reusable AI and API integration assets and sample applications using REST APIs, JavaScript, and Volt MX Iris/Foundry.

I've built and tested AI/LLM adapters across Microsoft, Google, and AWS, supporting speech-to-text, text intelligence, AI, and search-oriented integrations. I translate third-party API requirements into OpenAPI specifications, reusable workflows, validation, error handling, and UI-to-backend communication.

I also created a reusable SKILL.md-based automation workflow for API adapter creation and technical documentation, reducing repetitive manual effort while standardizing team formats.

My work spans JavaScript front-end development, API testing, Git-based collaboration, and modernization initiatives involving Kony and Volt MX technologies. I'm continuing to explore Amazon Connect with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice.
