What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a business analysis role where I can bridge stakeholders and technology teams, gather requirements, improve processes, and use Excel, SQL, Python, dashboards, and AI-driven analysis to deliver practical business solutions.

At Jana Small Finance Bank, I bridged senior management and collections, sourcing, and customer service teams across four branches, turning operational requirements into daily execution plans.

I analysed loan and collections processes to identify at-risk accounts and recommend prioritisation changes. I also built Excel-based MIS trackers for portfolio health, maintained compliance and regulatory reporting, and managed recruitment from stakeholder requirements through onboarding.

My work combines business analysis with Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and KPI reporting. Through Tata iQ and Deloitte Australia data analytics simulations, I used GenAI-supported analysis, designed an AI-driven collections strategy, developed a no-code predictive modelling framework, and created Tableau dashboards.

I bring a Computer Science degree and an MBA in HR and Marketing, with experience translating raw data, operational needs, and governance requirements into actionable reporting and process improvements.
