At Saleem Memorial Hospital, I head the IT department and lead a team of 12. I own IT readiness for JCI 8th edition MOI and HCT accreditation, assigning measurable elements to owners and setting out the required policies, plans, and evidence.
I manage the hospital’s HMIS, ERP, applications, and infrastructure, including information security, access control, backups, and downtime planning. I deliver new modules from clinical requirements through development, testing, go-live, and user training.
At Fatima Memorial Hospital and its affiliated institutions, I led MIS across a hospital, medical college, university, and other education facilities. I supported the HMIS migration to SMKT HIS, trained administrative and clinical users, and delivered campus and examination systems.
Earlier, I led IT and project work at ZULTEC Pvt. Ltd. and held roles at Systems Limited, Descon Information Systems, Infinite Computer Solutions, and PAK Shama School & College. I also teach computer courses as Visiting Faculty at College of Tourism & Hotel Management (COTHM), Lahore.
