I founded The Healing Pages in Mumbai, conceptualising and launching a 100+ page mindfulness digital journal end-to-end—from user research to final delivery. I designed hyperlinked navigation and guided reflection frameworks that work across GoodNotes, Notability, and PDF apps.
Before that, I worked at OFA FIINFRA(Anand Rathi Financial Services) as a Business Analyst, running stakeholder discussions and scrum ceremonies to clarify business requirements. I wrote BRDs, user stories, and Acceptance Criteria, then led UAT cycles and coordinated defect resolution to keep business and development aligned.
I also supported product transitions and redesigns, from app transition work toward React Native to website redesign and competitive analysis. During internships, I built Excel/Power BI dashboards, supported partnership-driven growth, and created candidate applications and follow-up workflows to improve engagement.
