I've led purchasing transformation and sourcing strategy at Delphi Technologies, Federal-Mogul Motorparts, and Honeywell Friction Materials, overseeing global teams, supplier development, commodity strategy, and direct and indirect material spend. My work has included supplier localisation, strategic sourcing partnerships, VAVE programmes, manufacturing consolidation, new-product sourcing, and supply-chain improvements for acquired businesses.
I also established a purchasing department at Smithfield Romania, delivering €1 million in first-year savings and more than €5 million in cost improvements over three years. I bring experience across automotive, industrial manufacturing, and FMCG, backed by Six Sigma Green Belt, leadership, and negotiation training.
