I've supported Carrefour's existing information systems at CGI Technologies et Solutions, analyzing needs, identifying anomalies, and delivering solutions in production.

I handle N3 support through advanced diagnostics, complex incident resolution, ticket management, escalation, and proactive communication with users. I collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality applications while improving user experience and service continuity.
