Ranga స్వామి

I’m an accounts assistant who supports end-to-end day-to-day accounting—from voucher entries and ledger maintenance to bank reconciliation and helping with monthly and annual financial reporting. I’m hands-on with invoices, follow-ups on payments, and maintaining vendor and customer account statements.

In my accounts assistance roles, I managed purchase, sales, receipt, and payment vouchers in Tally and assisted in financial reporting. I also supported GST data preparation and documentation, and I communicate findings and insights clearly to help the team stay aligned.

Alongside accounting, I’ve built research and data experience through an internship with an Agri-Finance & Supply chain platform, where I collected seafood data for HS codes (4/6/8) across imports/exports in multiple countries and analyzed financial statements and news for 100+ Indian FinTech NBFCs. I apply structured thinking to turn information into usable insights.

I also worked with Moodle (including formats like H5P and MP4) and contributed to content-related tasks while handling basic accounts and tally/audit preparations. I bring a detail-oriented, learning-focused mindset to every task—whether it’s bookkeeping accuracy, documentation, or research support.
