At Sonnen EG, I process service invoices and post AP, AR, and General Ledger transactions in SAP. I also support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, cost center allocations, and Chart of Accounts maintenance.
I manage payment runs, dunning, vendor master data, bank transactions, employee reimbursements, and payroll payments. I verify invoice accuracy and coordinate VAT, withholding tax, e-invoicing, and payments through the E-Finance Portal.
Previously at Mico World, I managed agency and host relationships across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, including onboarding, partner support, marketing coordination, and monthly salary and bonus payments.
My earlier work includes resolving customer, delivery, account, and payment issues as a German-speaking customer service representative, alongside experience as an accountant and administrative assistant. I work in Arabic, German, and English.
