At Microsoft, I partner with strategic Azure customers and engineering teams to resolve complex platform challenges across AKS, HPC, and Azure services. I helped grow a strategic customer's Azure consumption from approximately $12M to $59M and secured a new five-year $650M MACC by resolving technical blockers and improving workload reliability.
I also led the migration of critical AI workloads from Azure Machine Learning to AKS and partnered with AKS engineering to deliver a feature that eliminated an upgrade issue platform-wide. Earlier, at Vodafone International Services, I established an in-house engineering ticket exchange that saved more than $1M in annual vendor support costs.
