At Hotel Crescent Anna Nagar, I processed customer payments, handled invoice questions, maintained billing records, and supported customer service and sales tasks.
At TVS Moopana Automobiles, I managed daily billing, invoicing, and payment collections for service and spare parts. I coordinated with service advisors and the spare parts department to support accurate billing, and tracked customer payments and outstanding balances.
Alongside my commerce and billing experience, I’ve studied Python and Django and completed OCSP (Offenso Certified Security Professional) training. I’m currently studying for a Diploma in UI/UX at SKILZ Learning Hub.
