At ThunderTribes, I independently run the complete data protection and privacy compliance programme for the Lashvae platform, including a live Privacy Policy, Data Processing Agreement, DPIA, and Register of Processing Activities.
I translate DPDPA 2023 obligations into operational controls, advising technology and business teams on privacy-by-design, consent, data minimisation, vendor compliance, cross-border transfers, breach notification, and data principal rights. I also bring working knowledge of GDPR principles, UK GDPR, UAE PDPL awareness, and IT law frameworks.
Previously, I advised clients on privacy, IT law, and commercial compliance while drafting and negotiating contracts, data-sharing provisions, confidentiality clauses, and regulatory briefings.
