What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead quality engineering for high-scale products, building reliable automation platforms, CI/CD quality gates, and strong shift-left practices with distributed engineering teams.

At LoginRadius, I architect and govern enterprise test automation for CIAM, Federated SSO, cloud integrations, and security-critical identity flows.

I've scaled a JavaScript and Node.js hybrid framework to 25,000+ automated tests, reducing regression turnaround from days to hours. I also drove flaky tests from three-digit counts to single digits through stronger assertions, wait strategies, and test harness refactoring.

I lead QA engineers through sprint planning, code reviews, quality standards, and release sign-offs, while embedding automated quality gates across Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins. I've built mock services, sign-off automation, and quality analytics that support release readiness decisions.

Outside enterprise delivery, I architected and developed an open-source Test Management System with test repositories, execution tracking, REST API result ingestion, CI/CD webhooks, and QA analytics.
