I'm leading the Digital Support and Alerts domain at Ascendion for a US consumer finance platform with 10M+ downloads. I lead a pod of four iOS engineers and delivered the AI-powered EVA Assistant, estimated to reduce support tickets by 25%.

I introduced Server-Driven UI to cut feature rollout time from two weeks to three days, built a reusable SwiftUI design system that reduced screen development time by 30%, and designed real-time alerts with Server-Sent Events and Swift Concurrency. I also strengthen release automation and production observability through GitHub Actions, Fastlane, TestFlight, and Datadog.
