After investigation, I perform post-investigation review of documents and findings to recommend claims as payable or deniable, and I recommend fraud hospitals for de-panelment.

I have also strengthened my investigation and reporting capabilities as a Medical Officer in the Investigation Department at Medi Assist Insurance TPA Pvt. Ltd., where I reviewed and scrutinized investigated health insurance claims from multiple insurance companies. As a freelancer medical reviewer at Merlot Investigation Agency, I scrutinized investigated claim documents and prepared investigation closure reports.
