What I'm looking for

I am looking for opportunities that allow me to grow in community and academic environments, focusing on health education and support.

I am a motivated and responsible high school graduate with a passion for health education and academic support. My volunteer experience with the Red Cross in Addis Ababa has equipped me with valuable skills in communication, organization, and teamwork. I have successfully assisted in organizing blood drives, hygiene workshops, and health campaigns, educating community members on essential health practices.

In addition to my volunteer work, I have participated in a Peer Teaching Program at Dandii Boru School, where I tutored students in Math and Biology. This experience allowed me to develop lesson plans and explain complex topics in a simplified manner, enhancing my leadership and communication skills. I am eager to leverage my skills and experiences in community and academic environments as I pursue my Bachelor's Degree at the University of Winnipeg.
