At Lloyd’s Register (LRQA), I was Head of Project Management for South Asia, Australia, Middle East and Africa. I was accountable for regional project P&L and achieved 30% revenue growth and 5% additional margins on projects delivered in FY 19-20.
I implemented a digital process automation system within the Assurance business segment and led organisational change initiatives for process improvement. I also conducted a market study of India’s inspection market, covering market size, entry barriers, investment requirements and competition.
At Larsen & Toubro Limited, I worked on technology transfer and in-house development of shipborne navigation and platform management systems. I also managed installation and commissioning activities onboard ships at shipyards.
Earlier, at Tata Power Company Limited, I completed shipborne communication system projects and an indigenous DSP-based embedded computer for ballistic computation. At Bharat Electronics Limited, I developed electronic systems and was in charge of a waterfront facility team handling installation, integration, customer acceptance trials and product support.
