What I'm looking for

With 7+ years of experience as a Network Engineer including 4+ years specializing in Cisco security domain, I am seeking a Senior Network Engineer role. I aim to leverage my strong foundation in network defense while expanding my capabilities into Generative AI and prompt engineering to build and manage next-generation secure infrastructure.

I've delivered enterprise network security solutions globally for over seven years, most recently at Capgemini Engineering as a Cisco TAC Engineer and Security SME. I supported critical Cisco ASA/FTD, AnyConnect VPN, ISE, and router/switch cases, including a long-term assignment in Japan.

I lead deep-dive root cause analysis using packet captures, log forensics, and lab replication to uncover systemic defects and deliver permanent fixes. I also bridge customers and Cisco engineering teams by triaging defects, filing critical bugs, and resolving cross-vendor interoperability issues with minimal customer downtime.

At HCL Technologies, I monitored client infrastructure, recommended performance optimizations, and worked with on-site engineers to investigate first-line incidents and prevent recurrence.

I'm also building skills in Prompt Engineering and Generative AI, exploring ways to automate technical workflows and enhance support operations. I enjoy strengthening security processes, from refining SOPs and controls to testing an Outlook email safety add-in for customer operations.
