I’m a Full Stack Product Engineer who builds and owns end-to-end product experiences—from ideation and architecture to release and measurable outcomes. At PhonePe, I worked across multiple growth and platform initiatives, improving delivery messaging delivery percentage from 65% to 99%, and helping drive MRR from 100 Cr to 150 Cr through a journey-based, event-driven CRM framework.

My engineering style is product-led and systems-focused: I led the development of the PINCODE app using Kotlin and KMP on the ONDC framework, reaching 3000 orders/day from launch, and implemented a Rating and Reviews framework across the PhonePe ecosystem as a scalable SaaS product. I also designed and launched PWA onboarding that reduced Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) by 50%, and at Udaan I streamlined sellers’ shipment flow across warehouses and worked on the Learning Center Platform with video tutorial content—while also leading AI/NLP experiences as a Founding Engineer on pep.live.
