I modernized the React Native platform, moved to TypeScript, Zustand, GraphQL, and a Shopify-supporting BFF layer, while reducing infrastructure and licensing costs by about 50%.
I’ve improved crash-free sessions from 98% to 99.5%, reduced app sizes by up to 39%, and built an A/B-tested Frequently Bought Together experience that increased AOV by about 3.4%.
