What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support visa or recruitment processes, handle data entry and paperwork with accuracy, and communicate confidently with clients—joining a team that values organization, teamwork, and quality under pressure.

I’m a visa assistant officer with hands-on experience in visa checking, data entry, and day-to-day client dealing. I focus on accuracy and professionalism to ensure processes move smoothly and clients are supported.

Before that, I worked as a recruitment assistant officer, where I examined applicants, supported recruitment, and helped with recruiting-related activities like training, guiding staff, and trainees. I’m comfortable organizing workflows while maintaining a quality-focused approach.

I also gained experience coordinating people-facing events through conference and outreach programs, as well as organizing conferences in an office setting. I bring a structured, achievement-oriented mindset and the ability to work under pressure.

To strengthen my business acumen, I completed a Master in Business development and I’m continuing my education with a PhD in Business Management. I’m ready to apply my operations, communication, and paperwork skills in a role that values organization, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
