At Miwayz Lanka, I support development teams working on a microservices-based ride-hailing platform, using Azure DevOps pipelines and Argo CD GitOps deployments to Kubernetes.
I troubleshoot service outages across development and QA clusters, including configuration-related CrashLoopBackOff failures and heat-map endpoint issues. I also configure ingress and investigate fare, GPS, and booking problems using logs and PostgreSQL queries.
For observability, I implemented persistent Loki storage with seven-day retention in QA and configured Fluentd disk buffering. I also troubleshoot Grafana alerts and produced a Kafka topic and schema inventory across Dev1, QA, Staging, and Production.
Previously, as a DevOps Engineer Intern at Uvexzon (Pvt) Ltd, I helped build CI/CD pipelines that cut manual deployment effort by about 40%, and built a K3s cluster with FluxCD and Terraform. Iām studying for a B.Sc. in Information Technology at SLIIT and am working toward the AWS Certified Solutions Architect ā Associate certification.
