I'm leading the redesign and evolution of Arrow.com, coordinating multiple product streams for a scalable global B2B electronics marketplace. I establish component architecture, design tokens, documentation, contribution practices, design reviews, and developer handoff workflows.

Across ecommerce, mobile, and financial products at Arezzo&Co, Nelogica, and La Republica, I've taken experiences from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, user testing, and continuous improvement. I also strengthen Design Ops through reusable processes, onboarding, critiques, mentoring, and quality assurance.
