Designed and built Pulse, a self-healing personal AI agent daemon with planner/executor orchestration, sandboxed secure execution, and human-in-the-loop approvals for risky commands. Built a B2B SaaS for logistics document digitization that reduced processing time from 5–20 minutes to ~20 seconds with 98%+ accuracy using a 3-way decision pipeline.

Architected and shipped a full-stack customer portal from scratch serving 100k+ users, including license management, downloads, support tickets, and billing. Integrated Stripe and Postmark, built custom quoting/invoicing workflows with Retool and Chargebee, and led migration from legacy Perl/Python scripts to a modern stack.

Built an automated deployment engine using GitLab, Ansible, Jinja2, and ArgoCD to manage 150+ services across environments. Reduced onboarding time from 10 hours to under 30 minutes, enabled automated deployments across 30+ GitLab repositories, maintained zero downtime across 30+ production services, and optimized CI/CD pipelines and AWS cost via resource optimization and automated scaling.

Designed and maintained Java-based systems, components, and REST APIs, working closely with the product owner on solution proposals and feature planning. Wrote unit and integration tests to support reliable service development and delivery.

Built scalable Java applications using Spring, Hibernate, EJB, JSF 2.2, and AngularJS in Agile/Scrum delivery. Implemented unit tests and applied clean-code and static analysis practices using PMD, CheckStyle, and FindBugs.
